These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.msdmarble.com and any related services provided by Modern Stone Design LLC ("we," "us," "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services

We provide fabrication and installation of quartz, granite, marble, and quartzite countertops in Cherry Hill, NJ and surrounding South Jersey areas. All quotes are estimates and final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
Final price depends on slab selection, edge profile, sink cutouts, and installation conditions
A deposit is required to schedule fabrication; the balance is due upon installation completion

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Custom-fabricated stone cannot be returned. Cancellations made before fabrication begins are refundable minus a 10% administrative fee. Once fabrication starts, deposits are non-refundable.

5. Warranties

We warrant our installation workmanship for one (1) year from date of installation. Manufacturer warranties for stone products vary by brand. We do not warrant damage from misuse, impact, heat exposure, or improper cleaning.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, design, code) is the property of Modern Stone Design LLC and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modern Stone Design LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

This website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Camden County, NJ.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
